Saucy and Spicy Super Bowl Chili
1 Tblsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lbs. ground turkey or beef
1 15 oz. can black, red or pinto beans, drained
1 16 oz. jar Larry's Southwestern Ranchero Sauce
1/4 sour cream (optional)
1/2 cup shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
1 lime cut into wedges
1.Heat the oil in a medium sized pot and brown the turkey or beef.
2.Add the drained beans and Larry's Ranchero Sauce.
3.Cover and cook over medium-low heat for for 15 to 20 minutes.
4.Serve with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle of cheese and a squeeze of lime juice. Serves 4.
