  8. Papas Queretanas (potatoes as served in Queretaro). Actually, that whole trip was the best food I'd ever had. There on business for four days, I ate most meals in the restaurant of the Meson de Santa Rosa, and when I wanted to pay the final bill went to pay with two 100 peso notes (about $24 at the time). They couldn't make change! I told them to just keep it! The food was so good and at only $3 a day? I couldn't have been happier.
