1 16 oz jar Larry's Southwestern Mole Sauce sauce
1 cut up whole chicken or three pounds of chicken thighs
1. Preheat the oven to 350' and warm the jar of Larry's Southwestern Mole Sauce in a medium cooking pot.1 cut up whole chicken or three pounds of chicken thighs
2. Place the chicken pieces in a large roasting pan and pour Larry's Southwestern Mole Sauce over the chicken.
3. Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked to your liking.
4. Serve the chicken mole with rice and cooked zucchini or your favorite vegetable.
